Ard na Veigh, Sligo and formerly of Conways Cross, Sligo
Mc Ternan, John C. (Sean), Ard na Veigh, Sligo and formerly of Conways Cross, Co. Sligo, suddenly at Sligo University Hospital. Former County Librarian, Historian and Genealogist.
Predeceased by his parents Martin and Mary Helena, brothers Kevin and Jim, nephew Kevin and grandnephew Ben.
Dearly loved brother of Sr. Dolores (Mercy Convent, Sligo). He will be sadly missed by his sister, sister-in-law Eileen, nieces Mary, Joan, Carmel and Paula, nephews Martin and Neil, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at Seán Feehilys Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (Eircode:F91EH98) on Friday January 20th from 5pm until 6:30pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Saturday January 21st at 11:30am. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed via www.sligocathedral.ie Burial will follow in Corrig Cemetery, Geevagh, Co. Sligo. Those who wish to leave a condolence message may do so in private below, on RIP.ie or by traditional manner.
