December 29th 2024, peacefully in the exceptional care of Summerville Healthcare, Strandhill, Co.Sligo,
surrounded by her loving family.
Ex teaching staff of Saint Angelas College, Sligo. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Bridget, infant sister Mary, brothers Micheál and Pauric and sister-in-law Nora. Dearly loved aunt of Rodney, Lorraine, Adrian, Gavin, Bríd-Anne, Patrick and Elaine. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her nephews, nieces, sister-in-law Abina, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at her home (F91Y339) on Monday, December 30th from 7pm until 9pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 31st in Saint Patricks Church, Strandhill, Co.Sligo at 12noon.
Funeral Mass will be livestreamed via

Burial will follow in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice Fund via www.feehilys.ie/pay. Former neighbours of Brids parents. so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a gentle soul.

So very sad to hear this news. Myself and my children helped Brid after a wind knocked her over during Covid. She was helping a neighbour despite the weather being bad. We took her home and she showed us her lovely family photos and later left us a thank you card. We having always thought of her fondly and are sorry we did not see more of her. Sending much love to the family of a real lady.
